Italian lighting company Artemide celebrates the 10th anniversary of Ilio with a special edition of 2000 limited pieces engraved with Ernesto Gismondi's signature.
Designed by Artemide’s founder Ernesto Gismondi, Ilio is a synthesis of manufacturing and functional intelligence that is renewed thanks to a refined and sustainable metal finish obtained with PVD technology.
The gradation of shades, ranging from warm to cold, gold to silver, interacts with its surroundings by gently reflecting the environment’s colours.
'Ilio 10 Special Edition celebrates the past while projecting into the future', the brand mentions in their press release. Each piece of the limited edition is engraved with both Ernesto Gismondi's signature and serial number. And with the Artemide App's dynamic light management every individual becomes an author of the own illumination.
