The Levante pendant lamp by the Italian brand Luceplan has been selected by the ADI Permanent Design Observatory for the ADI Design Index 2023. The Permanent Design Observatory annually selects the best Italian designs for each product category. Each year, the selected products compete for the ADI Innovation Award.
The Levante, designed by Marco Spatti, is a chandelier that appears to float in space and is characterised by the intersection of three large fans - made of a material resembling rice paper. The thickness of the veils is minimal, and they are attached with magnets to the central core that contains the light source.
