The upcoming Heimtextil expo in 2024 is shaping up to be a busy event, with the number of exhibitors surging by more than 8% compared to this year's edition. The 2023 edition marked the first return of the event after the pandemic, and Heimtextil 2024 is set to build on this momentum, with a surprising amount of exhibitors from (Southeast) Asia.
The trade fair has achieved significant growth, surpassing 2,600 registered exhibitors, an increase from the 2,400 companies that participated in the previous edition. Heimtextil 2024 is set to showcase an especially significant presence from Asia and Southeast Asia, with a strong emphasis on the "Asian Excellence" and "Asian Selection" sectors within home textiles. Among the top four nations exhibiting their textile prowess are China/Hong Kong, Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh, underscoring the region's remarkable influence in the textile industry.
Scheduled to run from January 9 to 12, the event will take place at the Messe Frankfurt complex in Germany.
