Looking to rethink ways of working post pandemic and attracting staff back to the office after months spent at home, a London-based asset management company partnered with Resonate and Pi Group to redesign the office using Fritz Hansen furniture.
The renovated office now features a more open and communal layout, replacing fixed workstations and private offices with a more hybrid model befitting both individual projects and collegial collaboration.
Thinking in terms of efficiency and employee experience, the expansive space has been reimagined with a central hub to bring together the working community. Focusing on social interaction as well as work, the key to the success of the space is its accessibility and comforts, as much as its use of sustainable products and finishes.
To enhance worker experience, inspiring productivity without feeling too corporate, Fritz Hansen’s Little Giraffe and Ro chairs were selected for their long-lasting design, both in terms of materials and aesthetics, as well as their comfort.
The Ro lounge chairs line the large glass windows to create comfortable nooks for informal meetings, solitary tasks and breaks from work. In bespoke plaid upholstery, the Little Giraffe offers flexible and functional comfort at co-working stations with its swivel base.
